TERMS OF TRANSFER
We request clients to book at least 12 hours in advance if using our online booking service. For last-minute bookings, will be able to accept bookings over the phone at any time.
Once you have made a booking, we only consider the booking as accepted once we confirm via email or phone. If you do not hear from us after 6 hours, please inform us by phone or email to verify that we received your booking.
If clients cannot see the driver near the arrivals at the airport, they should call Windmill Transfers Direct or the driver, to allocate a pick-up point. Passengers should not leave the airport without informing us or the driver.
Passengers should be at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time. If there are changes or problems with the time or location, passengers must contact Windmill Transfers Direct or the driver to make another arrangement.
Clients must be ready to depart at the agreed pick-up time. Passengers cannot alter this time after the driver has arrived .
Customers must clearly state the position of their pick-ups, such as full name of the apartment or complex, unit number and other pertinent information (for example, whether it is the rear or front entrance of a hotel).
The prices are based on the type and number of pick-ups and drop-offs, which must be stated clearly on the booking request. However, if additional pick-ups or drop-offs are required, clients must contact Windmill Transfers Direct, as only we are in a position to decide the prices.
For pick-ups from residential addresses, we allow 15 minutes waiting time,
Our company does not take any responsibilty for any vehicles that may be delayed for a pick-up or drop-off due to bad weather conditions, traffic congestions, road works or any other delays.
Windmill Transfers Direct can only take cash payments in Pounds, Euros or Turkish Lira. All the payments should be settled at the start of the transfer.
It is your responsibility to print and keep the confirmation sent by us, as it has our company name and number if you need to contact the driver for any reason.
Passengers should inform us if they will have any additional equipment with them, such as fishing rods, bicycles, golf bags, etc. This will ensure that a suitable vehicle is sent.
Babies are also counted as passengers and we are able to provide necessary facilities such as infant, upright and booster seats. For babies and children from 3 months to 6 years in age, clients must specify whether an infant or upright seat is required. We provide these facilities free of charge.
We offer a free of charge wheelchair service for the duration of our transfers. Please request it via the booking form, or any time thereafter by emailing us or calling us.

Our company has the right not to carry passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the driver determines that a client poses a danger to vehicle safety.
If we are somehow unable to perform your transfer due to reasons such as weather conditions, traffic jam, etc., you will be informed as soon as possible. Therefore, please check that the mobile telephone number you provide in the form is correct.
Seat belts are available in all automobiles, minibuses and buses. All transfers are performed in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Automobile speed limit; 90 km/h for inter-provincial two-way roads, 100 km/h for divided roads. 120 km/h for highways and 50 km/h for intercity driving. Speed limit for Buses, Minibuses and Midi-buses; 80 km/h for inter-provincial two-way roads, 90 km/h for divided roads, 100 km/h for highways and 50 km/h for intercity driving. Driving over these limits shall not be requested.
