TERMS OF TRANSFER

1. We request clients to book at least 24 hours in advance if using our online booking service. For last-minute bookings, will be able to accept bookings over the Whats app 00905427609619 at any time.
   
   
2. Once you have made a booking, we only consider the booking as accepted once we confirm via email or Whats app 00905427609619. If you do not hear from us after 6 hours, please inform us by Whats app 00905427609619 or email to verify that we received your booking.
3. We will track the flight and we will see if there is a delay but id its big delay you can inform us from whats app 00905427609619
4. We will track your flight and we will start waiting for you when your flight landed and we will wait till your are outside

6. Please dont send us flight ticket,pic ect all the details needs to be on the booking form or our webpage we need them all in one place please!
7. If clients cannot see the driver near the arrivals at the airport, they should call or Whats app 00905427609619 Windmill Transfers Direct  the driver, to allocate a pick-up point. Passengers should not leave the airport without informing us or the driver.You will need to find us at the arrivell because we dont know you (Our drivers) we will have your name on the board and if you can not see your name you will have to call us 00905427609619 !! incase of you go with another company or with taxi you will still need to pay us !!
8. Passengers should be at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time. If there are changes or problems with the time or location, passengers must contact Windmill Transfers Direct Whats app 00905427609619 the driver to make another arrangement.
9. Clients must be ready to depart at the agreed pick-up time. Passengers cannot alter this time after the driver has arrived .
   
   
10. Customers must clearly state the position of their pick-ups, such as full name of the apartment or complex, unit number and other pertinent information (for example, whether it is the rear or front entrance of a hotel).
    
    
11. The prices are based on the type and number of people  pick-ups and drop-offs, which must be stated clearly on the booking request. However, if additional pick-ups or drop-offs are required, clients must contact Windmill Transfers Direct,  as only we are in a position to decide the prices.
    
    
12. For pick-ups from addresses, we allow 10 minutes waiting time,
    
    
13. Our company does not take any responsibilty for any vehicles that may be delayed for a pick-up or drop-off due to bad weather conditions, traffic congestions, road works or any other delays.
14. Our company does not take any responsibil for anything lost or left in the vehicles that may left please check the vehicle while you are getting out, We might be picking up someone else just after we dropp you BUT of course if we find something and if we knoW who we will definetly deliver it.
15. Windmill Transfers Direct can only take cash payments in TL or € EURO or Pounds, and Uk Sterling (NO SCOTISH OR IRISH Because we can not change it here in Turkey)  All the payments should be settled at the start of the transfer.

17. Passengers should inform us if they will have any additional equipment with them, such as fishing rods, bicycles, golf bags, etc. This will ensure that a suitable vehicle is sent.
    
    
18. Babies are also counted as passengers and we are able to provide necessary facilities such as infant, upright and booster seats. 27. Our company has the right not to carry passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the driver determines that a client poses a danger to vehicle safety.

29. Seat belts are available in all automobiles, minibuses and buses. All transfers are performed in accordance with local laws and regulations.
    
    
30. Automobile speed limit; 90 km/h for inter-provincial two-way roads, 100 km/h for divided roads. 120 km/h for highways and 50 km/h for intercity driving. Speed limit for Buses, Minibuses and Midi-buses; 80 km/h for inter-provincial two-way roads, 90 km/h for divided roads, 100 km/h for highways and 50 km/h for intercity driving. Driving over these limits shall not be requested.
